Mickey Alford joined the SELTC board in 2016. Mickey, his wife (Daphne), and two sons (Colton & Braxton) currently live in Monroe, LA, and worship with the Jackson Street church of Christ. Mickey has served twice as a deacon with the Hoover church of Christ (Hoover, AL) and Woodland Oaks church of Christ I(Houston, TX). Professionally, Mickey has worked with Regions Bank since 1997 and is currently serving as Senior Commercial Credit Officer for East TX and North LA markets.

Bryan has been involved with NTLTC and SELTC since it began in 1989. He served on the Board of Directors for NTLTC for several years and SELTC since its formation. His roles with SELTC are Board treasurer and awards coordinator for the convention. His children were active participants in SELTC during their school years, and his daughter remains involved as an event coordinator and Board member. Keith Strickland joined the SELTC board in 2017. He and his wife Donna were married in 1999 and have attended the Riverchase Church of Christ in Hoover, AL. They have two daughters, Keely and Erica, who have participated in LTC for many years. Donna grew up in Sulligent, Alabama, and is one of the church secretaries at the Riverchase church office. Johnathan Goodrum joined the SELTC Board in 2019. He has been married to his wife Bethany, who is also a SELTC board member. They have one daughter named Elsie Gale. Jonathan is a police officer and attends the Riverchase church of Christ.

Bethany began participating in SELTC when she was in first grade and has continued to be involved after graduating high school through judging, coordinating, and now acting as board member secretary. Bethany is passionate about the positive impact SELTC can have on youth, as it was an important factor in growing her faith and relationship with Christ and his followers. Susan has been involved with SELTC as a church coordinator for six years.  Her husband (BK) serves as deacon over the children’s activities at the Fort Walton Beach church of Christ in Fort Walton Beach, Florida.  They have three sons and nine grandchildren.  Susan recently retired as a Software Engineer and is excited to dedicate more time to serving the church’s children.

Robby Woodward was born and raised in Louisiana and graduated from Northeast Louisiana University (NLU) / University of Louisiana Monroe (ULM) with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice.  Robby graduated from the Louisiana State Police Academy in 1999 and has been assigned to Troop F Patrol in Monroe, Louisiana, where he continues to serve as a Master Trooper.  Robby has received many certifications in his career. Adam Morrow joined the SELTC board in 2023. Adam, his wife (Rebekah), son (Aidan), and two daughters (Rory & Alaina) currently live in Monroe, LA, and worship with the Jackson Street church of Christ.
